As part of our national expansion, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Broker to join our Canberra office. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a high-performing environment and is committed to delivering strategic finance solutions that align with our clients’ goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client financial objectives, borrowing capacity, and risk profile.
- Provide informed recommendations across a range of residential, investment, and asset finance products.
- Liaise with lenders, aggregators, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including responsible lending obligations and internal audit standards.
- Maintain accurate records of client files and loan documentation using CRM and broker platforms.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive service and ongoing financial reviews.
- Stay current with lender policies, industry trends, and regulatory developments impacting the mortgage broking sector.

About You
To be considered for this role, you will possess:

- A Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management
- A minimum of one year of experience in mortgage broking
- An active Australian Credit Representative
- Demonstrated knowledge of loan structuring, compliance, and lender engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset
- High level of attention to detail, time management, and professionalintegrity
- Experience using loan origination platforms and CRM systems
