About the Role

Due to our current workload, we are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team.

The role as Contract Administrator will work directly with Project Management team and closely with the Director.

Administration management of the processes involved in contractual and financial part of the project will be the essential part of this role. Communication and co-ordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the construction team will also be a major part of this role.

The role requires you to take part in the management and communication with the Client, Consultants, Subcontractors and Principal contractor.

This is an office-based (not work from home) position with occasional visits to our project sites needed.

Responsibilities - But not limited to the following:

·       Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating subcontractor packages and contracts

·       Managing variations, progress claims, and payment schedules

·       Maintaining exact contract documentation and registers

·       Aiding with project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

·       Consulting with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

·       Supporting project delivery to ensure timelines, quality, and compliance are met.

Requirements:

·     Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident

· years' experience as a Contract Administrator (ideally within Tier 1 or Tier 2 projects, otherwise strong residential background)

·       A solid understanding of construction contracts, processes, and compliance

·       Strong diligence and excellent communication skills

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a demanding environment.
