The Lorian Group is partnering with an established construction company in South Brisbane, known for delivering fitout, refurbishment, and new build projects across the commercial, education, government, health, and hospitality sectors. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for excellence, they're now looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join their dynamic team.

About the Role

You'll play a key role in the successful delivery of projects valued up to $10M, working closely with the Project Manager and site teams. This is an opportunity to be part of a supportive business that values collaboration, professional growth, and delivering quality outcomes for repeat clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor packages, scopes, and progress claims
  • Assist with project budgets, variations, and cost reporting
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Support tendering, procurement, and project close-out documentation
  • Contribute to maintaining strong relationships and a positive team culture

About You

  • Minimum of 3 years CA experience in commercial construction, fitout and refurb desirable
  • Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement, and cost control
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying advantageous
  • Proficient in Procore
