The Role
As Contract Administrator, you're the one keeping the engine humming, the planner, the protector, the commercial expert. You'll run point on contracts, costs and procurement, making sure every deal, variation and detail is spot on. At Cobild, we back you to lead, negotiate, and make things happen.
- Owning all Head Contract obligations (dates, delays, variations – you know the drill).
- Setting up notices, protecting time and dollars, and keeping us sharp.
- Driving subcontractor and consultant procurement, from tender to sign-off.
- Building bulletproof relationships with clients, superintendents and collaborators.
- Managing claims, payments, variations, and supplier orders.
- Keeping reports and forecasts tight, accurate, and on time.
About You
- You've got 2+ years' Contract Administration experience.
- Negotiating? You must love it. Problem-solving? Even better.
- Confident communicator (emails, calls, meetings, not afraid to pick up the phone).
- You connect fast, and value relationships.
- You're tech savvy and embrace new systems to more work more efficient.
- You can pivot when plans change (and they will). It's the industry we're in
- Above all – you're hungry to grow and do big things with a great brand
