With two stores in Sydney, the flagship store in St Peters, and a store in Annandale, we offer an outstanding range of timber, building supplies and hardware.
We are seeking for a full-time **Project Administrator** to join our team in St Peters office.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Communicating with customers to understand their needs and answer product questions.
2. Negotiating and reviewing contracts, rates and terms with current facilities and suppliers.
3. Liaising with clients to address their inquiries and resolve issues.
4. Managing filing systems by recording information, updating paperwork, and maintaining documents.
5. Collaborating with other departmental leaders to establish organizational goals, strategic plans, and objectives.
6. Collecting project-related data and monitoring program operations for compliance with policies and procedures, applicable standards, and relevant contractual policy.
7. Coordinating with business leaders and stakeholders to create detailed implementation plans, milestones, and risk mitigation protocols.
8. Advising senior management on any issues to be resolved, including preparing reports on customer service performance.
- Relevant Diploma in Project Management
- You must have at least 1 year of work experience in the field
- Strong time management and organisational skills
The salary for the role is between $77,000 - $85,000, depending on experience.
Pay: $77,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
