Calida is a boutique, commercial construction company specialising in high-end retail & hospitality fitouts and refurbishments.

With a strong pipeline for 2025/26, we have the exciting opportunity to add an experienced Contracts Administrator to the team. Our project values generally vary between $3m - $15m.

About You

  • Tertiary degree or qualification in related field
  • Minimum two (2) years CA experience in the retail, hospitality and commercial sectors. Ideally working on projects larger than $3m.
  • Highly organised & attention to detail
  • Solution focused, with the ability to professionally manage issues as they arise in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office and Project Applications
  • Preferred experience in Cubit, Vista & Procore

Job Description

  • Manage the procurement and administration of project works including subcontractor packages.
  • Ownership of the client's day to day commercial & contractual needs.
  • Monitoring all suppliers & subcontractor invoices & progress claims.
  • Assist your Project Manager in co-ordinating & oversee client and stakeholder meetings.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each project.
  • Knowledge and understanding of WHS requirements, industry standards and complies with company policies and procedures.
  • Builds professional business relationships internally and externally.
  • Assist your Project Manager in mentoring & training junior staff members.
