BCI Central is the market leader within APAC, selling software services to companies of all sizes (from SMEs to Multinationals) including suppliers, professional services firms, contractors, subcontractors, architects any other sector within the construction industry.
Archify Live events are part of the BCI Central brand, aiming to connect Australia and New Zealand's leading product suppliers and manufacturers face-to-face with key architects and designers. Our high-impact events offer attendees an entertaining and informative way to learn about the latest in product innovations while also equipping product suppliers with an engaging platform to showcase their products or services.
About the role
This role is a full-time B2B Sales Position for a motivated, energetic, and aspiring sales professional looking to join our high-performing Archify team.
Our top-performing sales people across the business have come from various backgrounds and some with no prior sales experience. How did they get to be a top performer? Our focus is on coaching and personal development. At BCI, we provide our new starters with all the tools and knowledge they need to be successful in a B2B sales environment.
The role will evolve to cover the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will work closely with the Events Executive to ensure client success. You will be challenged every day, within a continuous learning culture where over-achieving is the norm.

About you
- Self-motivated, organised with an inquisitive mindset.
- Competitive nature with a drive to succeed and keen to progress through the company.
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
- A people person with the ability to build rapport, gain trust & influence client thinking.
- Some sales experience required – corporate or retail.
- University qualifications highly regarded.
