Growth Manager, Platform Engagement

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Growth Manager, Platform Engagement to drive the strategic uplift of our user acquisition, activation, and retention efforts. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be instrumental in translating overarching business objectives into clear, executable 90-day growth initiatives. This is a hands-on, data-driven role focusing on understanding our in-person account progress and optimising our commercial engagement strategies across our clinic and visitor segments.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth Planning & Execution
Roadmap Development: Translate high-level business objectives (e.g., "Increase clinic utilisation by 30%") into a detailed, measurable 90-day growth roadmap (experiments, resources, and clear success metrics).
- Initiative Prioritisation: Identify the most impactful growth levers across both platform sides (clinics and visitors) by analysing existing account engagement, sales cycles, and user journeys.
- Cross-Platform Optimisation: Develop and implement strategies to increase adoption, feature usage, and overall satisfaction for both clinic partners and platform visitors.
Account Insights & Performance Analysis
Proactive Account Engagement: Work directly with the commercial teams (Inside Sales and any dedicated account staff) to understand the status and potential of key accounts and pipelines. This involves regular in-person collaboration, CRM analysis, and direct observation of account progression.
- Performance Monitoring: Track the effectiveness of growth initiatives, sales processes, and account management strategies. Analyse data from CRM systems, client interactions, and platform usage to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting & Recommendations: Present clear, concise findings and actionable recommendations to the commercial leadership, justifying new initiatives with data and projected impact.
Collaboration & Enablement
Commercial Team Enablement: Partner closely with Inside Sales Team Leaders to provide them with insights, tools, and prioritised actions that will help them achieve their specific account growth and retention targets.
- Product & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with Product Development and Marketing teams to ensure growth initiatives are supported by new features and effective communication strategies.
- Process Improvement: Identify and champion enhancements to our existing sales and account management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness based on growth insights.
What we are looing for?
- Experience: 4–8 years of demonstrated experience in a growth, sales operations, or business development role, with at least 2 years specifically focused on growth or optimisation within a SaaS, platform, or similar technology environment.
- Strategic Execution: Proven ability to translate high-level objectives into concrete, measurable, and executable 90-day action plans.
- Account-Centric Data Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive deep into CRM data, account progression, and in-person insights to identify patterns and opportunities, rather than solely relying on digital web analytics.
- Collaboration & Influence: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across commercial, product, and marketing teams to drive outcomes without direct authority.
- Proactive & Problem-Solving: A self-starter with a proactive and strategic approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
- Platform Experience: Experience working with a two-sided platform or marketplace is highly advantageous.
