**Your New Role**

In this role as Digital Platform Manger - Authenticated platforms, you will support the Digital Platform Owner - B2B to deliver strategic initiatives for the adviser, employer and member authenticated platforms.
This is a hands-on role, and every day will bring different tasks and challenges. You will actively engage with the Value Stream business squads and other practices (e.g. UX) to ensure a consistent digital experience for all initiatives and support each initiative through into production with the Technical Solution Squads.

**This is a fixed term 12mth contract, with the potential to go full time.**

**Some key responsibilities**:

- Support the Digital Platform Owner to deliver on the strategic business initiatives and the individual platform roadmaps
- Be the point of contact for the day-to-day agile delivery process (e.g. daily stand-ups, other agile ceremonies) and keeping the Digital Platform Owner up to date as needed
- Triage and manage incoming incidents and platform issues, working closely with technology teams to prioritise, resolve and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Monitor performance, availability and usage analytics for authenticated platforms; identify trends, report on KPIs, and proactively recommend optimisation opportunities
- Manage communications with internal stakeholders and users regarding outages, incidents or upcoming changes impacting the authenticated platforms

**To be successful in this role you will have the following skills & experience**:

- 7 years+ experience in designing and delivering digital experiences with a strong focus on authenticated platforms
- A working knowledge of developing new functionality within authenticated environments
- Solid experience with customer centric design processes (UX/ information architecture, etc) and analytics (both business and digital analytics)
- Experience writing and reviewing detailed functionality requirements and documenting user experience workflows
- Be able to establish and grow strong relationships with internal business and technology stakeholders at all levels in the business
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and keep across a variety of activities at various stages in the agile process
- Use analytics to track performance and drive data informed decisions that improve user experience (Adobe analytics experience is advantageous)
