The Opportunity

We're seeking an 
Experienced or Senior Strata Manager
 to join a high-performing team and manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 
1,000 lots
. This is a rare opportunity to step into a clean, supportive environment with built-in flexibility, fantastic support and a generous compensation structure.

What's On Offer

  • Up to $140,000 base salary
     (depending on experience)
  • Superannuation + approx. $40,000+ in Schedule B's
  • 2-days work-from-home flexibility
  • Organised portfolio (~1,000 lots)
     with admin + accounts support

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and growing relationships with a portfolio consisting of approximately 1,000 lots
  • Attending AGMs/EGMs and committee meetings (with support)
  • Preparing budgets, issuing notices, managing defects, insurance, repairs and capital works
  • Working closely with a stable, experienced admin and accounts team
  • Offering expert guidance to committees, owners, and developers

About You

  • 2+ years of experience as a Strata Manager
  • Class 2 Licence or Certificate of Registration (willing to upgrade)
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and time management skills
  • Motivated, organised and solutions-focused with a sense of professionalism
