As a **Technology Platform **Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, support and optimization of our technology platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets business needs and drives innovation. Also maintain agreed performance standards in accordance with Service Level Agreements, legislation, policies and procedures.

**About the Role**:

- Responsible for driving the delivery and management of services.
- Lead, coordinate, communicate, integrate and is accountable for the overall success of the Platforms ensuring alignment with priorities.
- Drives change through ability to deliver using Agile squads to meet incremental deadlines.
- Strong Project Management ability, development of Project on a page and associated reporting of status.
- Manage and develop stakeholder relationships through strong and effective communication, managing expectations, mediation and issues management and negotiation to ensure delivery of services and the achievement of outcomes and benefits, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure to follow KPIs and SLAs applicable to the Services agreements
- Directing and supporting technical teams in implementing solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring SLAs & KPIs are met.
- Present in weekly, monthly and quarterly reports - Program level results, performance metrics.
- Review and approve knowledge management and process documents.
- Act as a single point of escalation for assigned stakeholders.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify impacts to business processes and to ensure these are minimised quality forward planning.
- Provide Ownership and Leadership for the day-to-day operations of the technology platform, ensuring its stability, security, and scalability.
- Manage the costs associated with platform development, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Provide Guidance and support during Major Incidents Process.
- Ensuring service providers maintain systems documentation and templates accurately and in a timely manner.
- Other tasks as directed by the GM Enterprise Platforms.

**About You**:

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of technologies, tools, and methodologies to guide technical teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate information into creative solutions to benefit the business.
- Relevant certification (IT Service Management etc).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement new processes and procedures as new technology, service requirements, work methods or compliance requirements emerge.
- 10+ years of experience in Delivery with overall of 12+ years of prior experience in a similar service delivery.
- Manage workload distribution, capable of assisting the team to complete workload and acting as an escalation point for the within the team.
