Our client acquires, develops & operates large format pubs across NSW & suburban Adelaide. They're looking for a Marketing & Engagement Manager to join their fast-growing business.

THE ROLE:
Leading a team through the development & execution of multi-faceted marketing strategies, the main responsibilities include the following:

- Work with the company Directors & GMs to develop multi-facet strategies to drive engagement, visitation & revenue
- Manage the loyalty program including the building and ongoing management of the membership database, development & execution of key membership promotions & membership engagement
- Plan and implement communications & marketing plans & grow relationships with sponsors & community partners
- Lead the execution of strategies and report on progress & outcomes
- Oversee all the marketing channels & asset development

YOU:

- You will need to be able to develop & execute strategic, holistic marketing & communication tactics
- Report on campaigns, analyse results & provide insights for future marketing activities
- You must be able to manage a team successfully & be able to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience in working with CRM systems, Wordpress, developing point of sale assets, looking after social media platforms, Adobe Creative Cloud & Microsoft 365 programs is essential
