The Opportunity:
Ryderwear is an Australian activewear brand built for lifters and doers. We are looking for an Influencer Manager to cover parental leave for 12 months. You will own our sponsored influencer program and lead the planning and delivery of creator content and brand photoshoots
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a regionally balanced roster of long term sponsored influencers across AU, US, and UK.
- Set clear KPIs for each influencer, track performance, coach for improvement, and ensure they represent the Ryderwear brand.
- Monitor results by country and report actionable insights to the CEO.
- Plan content with creators, brief them, manage approvals, and keep delivery on schedule.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and talent managers.
- Coordinate and book influencer talent for campaign photo and video shoots.
- Coordinate and book model talent for photoshoots when required.
- Organise and run brand photoshoots end to end, including studios, schedules, catering, call sheets, and on site logistics.
- Support product launches and special campaigns by aligning creator content and shoot outputs with go live dates.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 3 plus years in influencer marketing for an e commerce or consumer brand.
- Proven experience managing sponsored rosters, negotiating deliverables and usage, and holding partners to KPIs.
- Strong shoot production skills. You can turn a brief into a tight shot list and deliver on time and on budget.
- Confident with tracking and reporting. You know UTMs, codes, and how to translate results into next steps.
- Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure. Great communicator with creators, talent agents, and internal teams.
- Nice to have: experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta and TikTok creator workflows, or similar.
