Stakeholder Engagement Manager 

Full-Time | Ongoing Contract

Techforce is thrilled to be partnering with a respected consultancy in search of a skilled Stakeholder Engagement Manager. About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships (and working closely with the CEO), you will:

  • Lead stakeholder mapping and develop targeted engagement strategies.
  • Build trust-based relationships with senior representatives across government, industry, and community.
  • Plan and deliver high-impact consultations, forums, and stakeholder events.
  • Ensure stakeholders' insights shape organisational strategy and policy priorities.
  • Represent the organisation in cross-sector working groups and industry discussions.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in stakeholder engagement, government relations, or partnerships.
  • Completed degree in Public Policy, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's highly regarded).
  • A proven record of managing complex networks and delivering collaborative outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills — you know how to listen, influence, and win trust.
  • A practical understanding of policy environments, regulated sectors, and cross-sector collaboration.
