About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Executive Director, Property Services and forming part of the Property Services leadership team, this senior executive role provides strategic direction, leadership, and oversight of the Trust's planning, asset management, sales, and divestment functions. You will also be responsible for delivering the Trust's 1,000 home Affordable Housing Initiative. You will:

• Lead the strategic asset management lifecycle including asset acquisition and divestment, focusing on medium-to-long-term planning for a $15 billion portfolio.
• Oversee the successful delivery of affordable housing capital projects across the state.
• Embed frameworks and governance for project delivery, from identification through to evaluation.
• Drive complex procurement processes that deliver commercial and social value.
• Build strong partnerships with the housing sector, industry, and all levels of government.
• Develop, lead and define a highly capable multi-disciplinary team and foster a high-performance culture.
• Provide strategic insight and advice to the Minister, Chief Executive, and Executive Leadership Team.
