In this Program Manager - FC Reforms role you will:

  • Lead workstream implementation and delivery of major/strategic Financial Crime change program critical to the Group, driven by externally regulatory requirements
  • Lead the Change Program through influence collaboration, identification & development of requirements that enable the delivery of change
  • Maintain robust reporting to internal and external stakeholders, clearly defining and articulating the status, risks and issues.
  • Identify and implement necessary change management strategies to meet evolving project objectives
  • Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders across different departments

What You'll Bring

  • Expertise in structured and efficient project and change management skills with a focus on continuous improvement and process enhancement, including sound knowledge of methodologies, tools and processes across the project and program lifecycle.
  • Experience in governance, regulatory compliance or legal areas, within financial services.
  • Proven experience in operating effectively and delivering solutions in large complex organisations, working and influencing across teams and domains
  • Delivering and leading projects/programs or teams to deliver
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage, build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expertise in regulatory and risk management
  • Leadership skillset with exposure directly or indirectly leading/mentoring others.
