Service Delivery Officer

As Service Delivery Officer in the Registry Mail Management team, you will develop the knowledge and skills of team members by providing coaching & subject matter expertise, develop & deliver induction & training and develop & maintain knowledge management resources utilised by the team.

• Location: Traralgon, VIC (approximately 2 hours east of Melbourne)
• Salary starting from $81,396 (depending on experience % superannuation

The team
ASIC maintains over 30 legal registers, including the Companies and Business Names registers, which hold details for more than 3.2 million companies and 2.7 million business names. These registers are a vital source of information for businesses, professionals, government and the public across Australia. Users rely on the ASIC Registry to register, update or cancel business details and access public information, making our support essential to ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery.

The role
As a Service Delivery Officer, You Will

• Training and development: Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing team members, including equipment use and safety. Develop training materials & programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
• Quality Assurance: Provide feedback to assist team members adherence to policies and procedures, including quality checking incoming and outgoing mail, sorting & PLANiT registration, document imaging & microfiche scanning
• Feedback: Provide constructive feedback based on coaching and quality checking to enhance team member skills and improve customer satisfaction
• Reporting: Compile and analyse operational data to identify trends and effectiveness of Coaching activities
• Knowledge Management: Maintain knowledge management resources, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Continuous Improvement: Identify better practices and innovative solutions to enhance mail and scanning operations

About You
You will also demonstrate:

• Certificate in Business, Training or Communication desirable, not essential
• Very strong technical knowledge in company, business name and regulatory lodgements
• At least 2 years of experience in coaching, training or similar position
• Well developed written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency and experience in using PLANiT
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
