The role

As Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for expert technical support and guidance to IT Support Officers. You'll maintain operational excellence to ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust and secure IT services to Gippsland Water's staff and contractors.

In this role, you will coordinate service desk and desktop support operational activities, including setting operational team priorities, managing desktop projects as required and meeting business operational deadlines.

Additionally, the role supports the Service Delivery Lead with administrative functions such as staff rostering and technical escalation, while contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Service Delivery team.

What you'll bring

  • Demonstrated experience and/or a relevant tertiary qualification in an IT related discipline.
  • Experience in resolving complex customer and technical issues.
  • Strong ability to coordinate a team, consistently delivering high quality work and customer experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to support the development of IT solutions that improve service delivery and improve user satisfaction.
