We are an IT service company located in Mulgrave providing managed IT services and ERP business systems support to a wide customer base.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Helpdesk Support Consultant to work with a like-minded team.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your technical skills in a supportive environment, with opportunities to expand your expertise across various IT disciplines like networking, security, and Microsoft 365 administration.

The applicant should be able to demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Solid understanding of cloud and onsite IT Support

The role is permanent full time with an immediate start.

Skills and Experience

  • Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with remote support tools
  • Documentation

Job Responsibilities

· Provide Level 1 support across multiple client environments via phone, email, ticketing system, remote tools and on-site.

· Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the skill set above-mentioned.

· Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 engineers while maintaining ownership of the ticket

· Assist in onboarding/offboarding users, device setup, and remote deployments

· Perform basic system maintenance, updates, patching, and endpoint security checks

· Maintain clear and accurate documentation in our internal systems.

· Provide friendly, professional customer service and client communication

Must Have:

  • Applicants must hold the right to work in Australia
  • Australian driver's licence and vehicle
  • ICT Qualification desirable
  • Previous Programming experience, specifically in Python and JavaScript
  • Customer Service Experience is desirable
  • Fluent in English
