We are currently seeking a Weekend Part-Time Helpdesk Operator to join our fast-paced Facilities Support Centre. This is a remote-based position following initial on-site training.

About the role

In this customer-focused position, you will be the first point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring their requests are actioned efficiently and professionally. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Interpreting and validating client requests
  • Actioning service responses to resolve issues
  • Accurate data capture and entry
  • Communicating effectively with clients and contractors
  • Meeting internal and external service standards
  • Tracking and closing jobs within agreed KPIs
  • Participating in ongoing system and staff development

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Customer-focused with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Quick to learn and able to work independently after training
  • Experienced in a similar Helpdesk or customer service role
  • Confident using Microsoft Office programs
  • A team player who thrives in a remote work environment
  • Familiar with facilities or trades services (highly regarded)
