About the role

Reporting to the Client Systems Manager, the Data Helpdesk Officer will support VACCA program staff by responding to CSnet-related queries and escalating complex issues as needed. The role also provides administrative assistance to the systems team, enabling focus on database development and implementation. Additionally, the officer will help facilitate training sessions for staff, contributing to improved system use and efficiency.

About You

The role requires a dynamic professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service, particularly in IT or database support. With a keen analytical mindset and attention to detail, the candidate will manage competing priorities while ensuring data integrity. They will work both independently and collaboratively, contributing to team success and supporting system understanding through tailored training programs. Clear communication and proficiency in digital tools are essential to effectively support business needs and foster cross-functional collaboration.

  • Requirements:
  • Experience with CSnet software or software help desk is desirable but not essential
  • Valid Police Check, a Working with Children's Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain) and a Victorian Driver Licence. Current COVID-19 vaccination (Strongly Recommended)
