About the Role
We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Officer to join our four-person IT team. This is the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or early career IT professional who wants to build strong foundations and grow into more advanced technical or project roles.
In this role, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for IT support requests (Level 1–2).
- Provide hands-on support across hardware, software, collaboration tools and connectivity.
- Set up new starters with IT accounts, devices and systems access, supporting them through their onboarding.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Teams, Windows 11 and other core business applications.
- Assist with basic networking, backups and infrastructure tasks.
- Contribute to IT projects, system rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives.
You'll be supported by experienced Network Engineers and our IT Infrastructure & Services Manager, with plenty of opportunities to learn, gain certifications, and get involved in interesting project work.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a qualification in IT (Cert IV, Diploma or Degree).
- Can communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues at all levels - this is as important as your technical skills.
- Is eager to learn, proactive and not afraid to ask questions.
- Has foundational skills with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams and troubleshooting devices.
- Brings a professional, approachable and service-focused attitude.
Previous experience in IT support, internships or customer service roles will be valued but is not essential – the right mindset and communication skills are what set you apart.
