We currently have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated individual to join our Customer Relations Department. If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic dealership environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries and make proactive outbound calls
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and follow-up
  • Manage and update the customer database with accuracy
  • Conduct daily follow-ups and summarise outcomes for review
  • Contact all vehicle sales and/or service customers, recording feedback and communicating it to the relevant teams
About You:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Punctual, motivated, and reliable
  • Proactive with strong initiative and work ethic
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional personality
  • Computer literate with sound administrative skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
