A fantastic opportunity is available for a Jewellery Consultant / Senior Jewellery Consultant to join our team in a flexible full-time capacity at our Melbourne showroom located by the Camberwell Junction in Hawthorn East.
We are looking for a real people person, with a can-do attitude and confidence to provide our customers with a personalised showroom experience. As a Jewellery Consultant / Senior Jewellery Consultant, you will take the customer through the diamond engagement and wedding ring purchasing journey while building strong rapport and providing an exceptional customer service.

We are now offering a rare and fantastic opportunity for a Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our brand in a role where you will be an integral part of the Kavalri team.
Responsibilities
This exciting role will require you to:
- Take the customer through the end-to-end diamond engagement and wedding ring purchasing journey
- Provide advice and guidance to help clients discover the perfect bespoke jewellery piece
- Deliver an outstanding ring collection experience and offer post-purchase aftercare support, answering any customer queries.
- Ensure we maintain our exceptional levels of customer service and after-sales support. This role has exposure to all parts of the customer journey including general enquiries, emailing quotes, order management, post-purchase follow-up and more.

Requirements
- Strong work ethic and customer focused approach
- Excellent rapport building skills and strong attention to detail
- Experience in a retail sales environment and jewellery retail sales experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High level of proficiency with technology & systems
- This is a flexible part time / full time role (must include a Sunday). Our Showroom runs from Tuesday - Sunday each week and we have flex across work days over this work pattern.
- Whilst jewellery and diamond experience would be highly regarded this is not essential as we are after a candidate who is the right fit. You will receive initial product and client service training in all aspects of the role along with ongoing training and development to ensure your continued success in the role.
