Ringwood City Motors New Vehicle Department - has a position available for a Trainee Sales Consultant to join our sales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to enter the motor vehicle industry and learn how to present & sell both NEW passenger and commercial vehicles.

So, if you have a passion to succeed and wish to be rewarded for your hard work, this may be the position you are looking for.

During the trainee-ship, the successful applicant will have the full support of our Management team. We provide a structured learning environment to ensure the success of all our team members. We also support our staff by enrollment into Manufacture based learning experiences when available.

About you:

  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
  • Keen to learn and understand complex product specifications
  • The ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Looking to be rewarded for your efforts
  • Previous recent experience in retail sales preferred but not essential.
  • Applicants must have a full Australian driver's license.
