Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Manager located in Ringwood, VIC. The Senior Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of property management. Responsibilities include managing tenant relations, property maintenance, and lease agreements. The role also involves conducting property inspections, overseeing property budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and guidance to the property management team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Property Management, Tenant Relations, and Property Maintenance
  • Proficiency in Lease Agreements, Property Inspections, and Budget Management
  • Leadership and Guidance skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience in using property management software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
