Finance Administrator

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Administrator will play a key role in leading the financial operations, including payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage financial processes efficiently while also supporting administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Manage accounts receivable, tracking invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Oversee accounts payable, processing vendor invoices and ensuring timely disbursements. Perform bank reconciliations, data entry, and assist with financial reporting.
  • Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance.

Demonstratable experience in finance administration, bookkeeping, and / or payroll management, you will have a strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliation. Experience with Xero Accounting Software is highly desirable, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

The successful candidate should possess strong analytical and numerical skills, the ability to manage confidential financial data with integrity, and excellent attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as the role involves liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders on financial matters.
