Adelaide, South Australia Signature Orthodontics Full time $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Signature Orthodontics is seeking a reliable Finance & Admin Officer to join our team part-time (20 hours per week). This role supports the financial and administrative operations of our busy orthodontic practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, petty cash, and payroll
  • Maintain financial records and assist with reports
  • Provide general admin support (data entry, filing, enquiries)
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience or qualifications in finance or accounting
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in financial software & Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Certificate IV in Accounting/Bookkeeping or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Experience with payroll processing and superannuation compliance
