Your Day-to-Day

You'll be the heartbeat of our office - the person everyone relies on for support, good energy, and a smooth-running day.

  • Greet guests with confidence and warmth – you set the tone for the space
  • Coordinate meetings, team events, birthdays, and celebrations
  • Manage HR and onboarding admin in BrightHR (contracts, compliance, leave)
  • Schedule interviews and support our recruitment process
  • Keep the office stocked, stylish, and running efficiently
  • Assist with travel bookings, scheduling, and leadership support
