PROPERTY & FACILITIES MANAGER
Property & Projects Manager - Lead retail property operations, fit-outs & new openings. Organising repairs, maintenance and makeovers for the Retail Group.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Property & Projects Manager to take ownership of our expanding retail footprint. This position will oversee everything from day-to-day property operations to major projects such as refurbishments, relocations, and new store developments. With a focus on compliance, presentation, and efficiency, you'll play a key role in ensuring every site supports our growth strategy and delivers a consistent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee property operations, including maintenance requests, contractor management, and site inspections.
- Lead the delivery of refurbishments, fit-outs, and new shop openings from concept through to completion.
- Manage landlord and lease negotiations, insurance matters, and property-related contracts.
- Track and report on budgets, costs, and timelines, ensuring all projects are delivered efficiently.
- Partner with retail and leadership teams to provide property solutions that align with business needs.
- Ensure all stores meet WHS, regulatory, and brand standards.
About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience in property, facilities, or project management (multi-site retail highly regarded).
- Proven ability to manage leases, budgets, and external contractors with confidence.
- Skilled in juggling multiple priorities with a strong eye for detail.
- Excellent relationship builder with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to property management software desirable.
