We are currently seeking an organized, motivated, and proactive Administration Officer to join our growing team.


Key Responsibilities

As an Administration Officer, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Processing new/used deals
  • Processing used vehicle purchases/wholesale deals
  • Daily EFT payments
  • Daily, weekly and monthly accounting and administration tasks as required
  • General ledger balance sheet reconciliations as allocated
  • Managing Floorplan payables and bailment facilities
  • General Clerical duties – filing, scanning etc.

About You

  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role (experience in the automotive industry is highly regarded)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new systems (e.g., ERA, Auto-IT)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a professional and positive attitude
