Are you ready to take the lead in a fast-paced, dynamic role with a leading automotive company? We're looking for an Administration Officer to join our Car Subscription business. If you love working with people, and making things run like a well-oiled machine, then this is the opportunity for you

The Company

Simplr is a part of Australia's largest and most dynamic automotive retailer, Eagers Automotive, employing over 8,000 team members across 250 dealerships within Australia & New Zealand. We represent over 33 car brands and 11 truck & bus brands, priding ourselves on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

About the Role

Simplr are seeking a proactive and organised Administration Clerk to join our team. As an Administration Officer, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform general office duties including filing, scanning and data entry

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail

· Process invoices, purchase orders and credit cards expenses

· Ensure filing and records management complies with company polices and legislation

Skills & Experience

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Time management and ability to meet deadlines

· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Willingness to learn and take direction
