As our Office Manager, you'll be the face and heartbeat of our new Newstead hub.

You'll be the first hello and the calm in the chaos - ensuring the space runs smoothly, the team feels supported, and the energy never dips.

From HR administration and onboarding to event coordination, travel logistics, and office culture, you'll play a hands-on role in creating a workplace people genuinely love being part of.

• Being the go-to person for all things office - welcoming guests, supporting staff, and keeping operations on track.
• Managing HR and onboarding administration through BrightHR (contracts, staff records, compliance, and leave approvals).
• Coordinating interviews and candidate communication with our recruitment and leadership teams.
• Planning internal meetings, team events, and celebrations - from birthdays to big wins.
• Maintaining brand standards by managing uniforms, marketing stock, and office supplies.
• Supporting senior leadership with travel arrangements, scheduling, and coordination.

• 3+ years' experience in office management, administration, or executive support.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills - you're calm, capable, and solutions-focused.
• A professional presence with a warm, approachable personality.
• Confidence with systems like BrightHR, Google Workspace, and other admin tools preferred.
• A proactive attitude - you see what needs doing and make it happen before being asked.
• A passion for people, presentation, and culture - you love creating environments where others thrive.
