The Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Officer to join our Information Technology team and provide internal technical support across our business. You will:

  • Monitor and respond to help desk tickets, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution

  • Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, including user accounts, systems, and equipment

  • Install, configure, and support hardware, software, and network services across the business

  • Maintain IT documentation and manage users in Active Directory and other core systems

  • Provide remote support to sales offices and construction sites, and liaise with third-party vendors as needed

The Person

  • Essential Skills & Experience

    • 2 years in an IT support role

    • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and mobile/BYOD support

    • Experience with Microsoft technologies including AD, Group Policy, DNS, and Microsoft 365

    • Solid understanding of networking concepts and virtualisation platforms (Hyper-V, VMware)

    • Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam)

    • Awareness of cybersecurity principles including MFA and endpoint protection

  • Desirable

    • Experience with MDM tools (e.g., Intune)

    • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and SaaS tools (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Personal Attributes

    • Proactive and reliable with strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills

    • Team-oriented and results-driven, with a professional manner

    • Valid driver's licence required
