Our passion is to create magical and memorable experiences and we have an exciting opportunity for an Event Coordinator or Project Administrator to join the ranks and be a part of our dynamic QLD team. We need someone who is happy to prepare the administration work behind the project as well as being hands on to manage the installation.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Support the QLD team
- Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with production team for timely quoting
- Prepare site-specific & WHS documents
- Participate in site visits and inspections
- Assist with dispatch checking
- Attend installations and dismantles as the onsite representative

**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum 1-2 year’s experience in event or entertainment industry
- Highly organised, ability to multitask with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication & time management skills
- Positive, can do attitude, & willing to go the extra mile
- Proficient in MS Office
- Flexible work hours during Oct - Jan
- Drivers Licence

**Desirable but not essential**
- Experience with Smartsheet
- Understanding of technical drawings
- Hands on event installation experience
- Forklift Licence

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
