**About The Teaching Initiative (TI)**:
We’re a boutique agency who specialise in sourcing casual and ongoing opportunities in the Education Field - Early Childhood Education, Primary and Secondary Education sectors. We support our clients by providing day to day cover to assist with staff leave, late notice shift cover, permanent recruitment and more.

**Where YOU fit in**:
As part of our immediate future we’re looking to expand our office support team to include a Recruitment Consultant based at our Brisbane Office. This unique opportunity will give you the chance to expand your career in the field of Education, recruiting within the early childhood education and schools sectors.

We are looking for a team player who is reliable, ambitious and has the ability to work in a dynamic environment. You’ll be tech savvy (intermediate), have the ability to work independently and be a strong communicator. A background in Recruitment or in the Education sector is beneficial but not at all necessary as we hire based on potential - We’ll train you into the role. Our small team will guide you through every step.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

- Support the recruitment process from beginning-to-end including talent pooling, phone screening, shortlisting, organising interviews and reference checking
- Maximise the exposure and talent pooling of our job vacancies through our online presence
- Use our apps and socials on a daily basis to shift schedule and recruit new talent

Part-time hours: 21 - 38.5 per week

**Salary**: $61,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
