The Role:

We are looking for an accomplished and forward-thinking Sales Leader with extensive hands-on experience in managing an in-house sales team, overseeing both inbound and outbound sales across ANZ and international regions at one of our B2B SaaS portfolio companies. A critical aspect of your role will involve identifying and pursuing high-potential SMB and Enterprise businesses that align with our strategic growth objectives.

Collaborating closely with the management team, you will help design and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and expansion into new markets. Your success will be defined by your ability to consistently meet sales targets, streamline sales processes, optimize team performance, and cultivate a high-energy, results-driven culture that fosters excellence across the team.

About You:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, managing an in-house sales team focused on both inbound and outbound sales to SMB and Enterprise clients.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with Marketing teams to optimise inbound lead generation and drive sales growth.
  • Expertise in setting clear KPIs and providing detailed performance reports to key stakeholders, including the board.
  • Exceptional outbound sales skills with a demonstrated history of success in driving new business.
  • Extensive experience in leading product demos and coaching teams to enhance sales techniques and improve performance.
  • Strong ability to learn complex products quickly and upskill teams on product knowledge, ensuring confidence and effectiveness in the sales process.
  • A strategic thinker with a focus on fostering a high-energy, results-driven sales culture
  • Highly motivated to continuously improve team capabilities and optimise the sales process for better performance and efficiency.
