We're looking for an experienced, senior salesperson — a natural hunter and a genuine relationship builder — to join this highly successful decorative building products company.
The Opportunity
This Business Development Manager role focuses on the
Caravan and RV manufacturing industry
, where my client is already a strong and trusted player. The heart of this industry is in Melbourne's northern corridor — areas like Epping, Campbellfield and surrounds — and that's where your relationships will thrive.
They supply imported decorative sheet products used to clad the exterior of caravans, along with premium interior surfaces for benchtops, cabinetry and splashbacks. They have an extensive and growing product range and following a team change, a spectacular, immediate opportunity for the right person to step in and make an impact is available.
The Person
- Has established relationships within the Victorian caravan and RV manufacturing industry; or
- Comes from a related, non-competing supplier with strong networks and product understanding; or
- Is a proven BDM hunter who knows how to quickly build rapport and trust with hands-on business owners — the kind who are more at home on the tools than behind a desk.
This is a significant role in this highly established national business, managing a focused territory with both long-standing accounts and plenty of room for growth. You'll be locking in existing relationships, expanding our range within current customers, and uncovering new opportunities with caravan and RV manufacturers across Melbourne.
