About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will provide high-quality technical service, maintenance, and repairs for Nilfisk equipment. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting machinery, carrying out repairs efficiently, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience through clear communication and reliable service delivery. This role is supported with:

Key Responsibilities
- Service and Repair: Diagnose faults and perform maintenance and repairs on Nilfisk equipment at customer sites.
- Technical Work: Dismantle, repair, reassemble, and install parts to a high standard.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers, provide updates, and deliver exceptional on-site service.
- Planning and Scheduling: Coordinate service visits efficiently and liaise with Head Office to manage workloads.
- Quality and Compliance: Complete service records accurately, follow company procedures, and maintain safety and quality standards.
- Asset Care: Maintain company vehicles, tools, and devices in good condition.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in training, product demonstrations, and ongoing skill development.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
- A relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience in equipment servicing or maintenance.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of equipment servicing experience if no formal trade qualification is held.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with attention to detail.
- Computer literate
- A valid driver's licence and a commitment to safe work practices.
- Must be capable of safely lifting, carrying, and manoeuvring heavy loads and equipment in accordance with workplace safety standards.
