ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Dispatcher Team Member to join our operations team.

This hands-on role ensures the safe, accurate, and timely dispatch of steel products and materials, helping keep our production and delivery schedules on track.

You'll work closely with the warehouse and dispatch teams to prepare orders, load and unload trucks, and maintain a clean and safety-focused yard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepare, check, and pack steel products for dispatch.

· Securely wrap and strap pallets and bundles for delivery.

· Complete dispatch paperwork and ensure all parts are accounted for.

· Safely load and unload trucks and verify incoming goods.

· Conduct final quality checks and maintain a clean, organised yard.

· Support general logistics and warehouse operations as needed.

ABOUT YOU

· Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehousing (manufacturing or steel preferred).

· Forklift License (essential).

· HR Truck License (advantageous).

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.

· Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player.

· Basic computer and communication skills.
