Rockingham Volkswagen are seeking an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager looking to take the next step and join our team.

We are looking for someone to join the team on a full-time basis, at our Rockingham location

In this role, you will receive ongoing training and support to take your career to the next level. We are looking for an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Managerwith a proven automotive sales background and the drive to excel in a professional environment and develop and grow our Used Vehicle Department

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Motivating, leading and developing the used sales team
  • Monitoring sales leads and ensuring processes are followed by the sales staff
  • Ensuring industry leading customer experience for all customers
  • Maintain used vehicle stock condition, checking that all new purchases are ready to be displayed on the yard.
  • Ensuring that all sales objectives are achieved as well as full compliance with dealer and manufacturer standards
  • Contributing to the profitability of the Used Vehicle Sales Department through the sale of vehicles, finance & insurance and aftercare products

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the Automotive Industry
  • Prior experience in a management role is essential.
  • Be ambitious, confident and self-motivated
  • Dedicated to exceed our Customer expectations
  • Lead by example and promote teamwork
  • Current Driver's Licence is required.
