**About the role**:
Challenger Ford is currently seeking an ambitious, honest and organised individual to join the sales team at our Rockingham dealership. We’re experiencing a record-breaking year in sales volume and are looking for a consultant who shows the right qualities to come on board to join in this success.

This is a role where you will be able to sell both New and Used vehicles with a generous pipeline as well as vehicles in stock for delivery now.

Our dealership is one of Ford’s most highly performing dealerships and we have very high expectations. In return we offer one of the best remuneration packages in the market. Small team environment with lots of leads

**Compared to other groups in WA we offer a better work/life balance with reduced operating hours and offer regular RDOs where available**:
Monday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Tuesday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Wednesday: 8:30am - 8:00pm

Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Saturday: 8:30am - 1:00pm

**You will ideally possess**:

- Retail/ Customer service experience
- Must be motivated and driven
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to meet KPI’s and targets and perform in high pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

**You will be required to have a full Driver’s License and be required to obtain a Vehicle Sales License prior to being able to actively sell any vehicles.**
