Due to rapid expansion, Rockingham GWM is seeking an experienced and energetic New Car Sales Consultant with a proven track record to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate sales professional to be part of a reputable and growing dealership.

We are a Rockingham based dealership committed to providing quality vehicles, unbeatable value, and a customer-first approach. To keep up with demand and continue our momentum, we need a passionate sales professional who is ready to hit the ground running

What We Offer:

Great location in Rockingham

Full-time position (Monday to Saturday)

Half Day Weekly RDO's

Strong management support

Busy, friendly, and supportive work environment

About You:

* A friendly and approachable personality

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Professional presentation and a results-driven mindset

* Excellent computer and administration skills

* Proven automotive sales experience is essential

* Strong organisation and time-management skills

* Current driver's licence

Your Role:

* Reporting to the New Vehicle Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

* Driving business development and sales growth

* Providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction

* Working within group structures to achieve budgeted targets

* Meeting and exceeding performance goals
