As New Vehicle Sales Manager for multiple brands, you will play a pivotal role in leading the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving performance to achieve dealership targets. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's premium standards
  • Oversee the showroom's day-to-day operations and presentation
  • Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Analise and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with VW, Geely and GMSV processes and standards
  • Provide coaching, training, and development for team members

  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering premium service
  • Experience with CRM and lead management systems
  • Valid driver's license and strong commitment to professional standards
