The Role
This is a support-focused role, assisting the Estimating team in preparing project schedules and providing coordination between consultants in structural, design, and related disciplines. You will play an important part in ensuring all pre-construction documentation and planning is accurate and ready for smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Estimating team in developing project programs and schedules.
- Coordinate with structural, design, and engineering consultants to gather required information.
- Support the preparation and review of drawings, documentation, and specifications.
- Maintain records of project approvals, permits, and compliance requirements.
- Provide general administrative and project coordination support during the pre-construction phase.
About You
- Background in construction, engineering, or project coordination (signage experience a plus).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder management ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Project) or similar project tools.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and collaborative.
- Full working rights in Australia.
