Mondaa Group Pty Ltd is specialised in delivering industry leading sub-contracting service to the construction industry across NSW.

Mondaa Group Pty Ltd is expanding and looking for an experienced General Manager (Construction), who can take charge of developing and executing strategies to grow the business, leveraging our existing relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

This is a full-time position with 38-hour basic weeks.

**The Role**

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business strategies and policies to expand market presence and client base.
- Leverage existing client relationships and build new partnerships to secure ongoing work.
- Recruit and mentor senior subordinate staff and reenforce company culture.
- _Plan, direct and coordinate every aspect of our operation _including recruitment, materials and financial resources.
- Provide governance and operational management support to project managers, supervisors, and site teams.
- Oversee priority projects ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Review and approve the company’s budgets, forecasts and financial reports including income and loss statements to monitor the business performance.
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with ASIC and other requirements including safety regulations, and company policies.
- Represent the company in negotiations, at conventions and business forums

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the construction or similar sector.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, including concreting, formwork & steel fixing.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to leverage networks and create new opportunities.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Strong financial acumen.
- Deep understanding of risk management in the context of major projects.
- Valid Driving License and transport desirable.
