The Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated Internal Sales/ Customer Service Specialist to join our Brisbane team.

This role combines Internal New Business Development and Project Administration — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and driving growth from both the front and back end of operations.

We've combined two traditionally separate roles to create a more dynamic and engaging position — a model that's already proven highly effective with two of our current team members. We're seeking talent with Internal Sales/ Customer Service experience as the nuances of the role can be learnt very quickly.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Generate leads and appointments in line with KPI targets.
  • Input and maintain CRM data linked to sales/marketing activity.
  • Manage and update prospective client database.

Project Assistance / Contract Administration

  • Set up and manage new project files, budgets and programmes.
  • Assist with procurement process including liaising with suppliers and awarding contracts.
  • Attend site openings, visits and contractor coordination.

What you will need to succeed

  • Experience in Internal Sales/ Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and CRM systems.
  • Adaptable and collaborative.
  • Energetic.
  • Tenacious.
