**General Aim of the Role**:
The Project Coordinator/Administrator is key in supporting project delivery, ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks, and assisting with project tracking and reporting. This position requires strong **organizational abilities, communication skills, and advanced Excel expertise** to support project management, budgeting, and documentation processes.

**Project Planning and Coordination**:
Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones.

Monitor progress and report any delays, risks, or issues.

Coordinate meetings, site visits, and subcontractor schedules.

**Financial and Budget Support**

Track project budgets and expenditures, ensuring accurate cost reporting.

Work closely with the finance team to manage purchase orders, invoices, and payments.

**Excel-Based Reporting and Data Management**:
Utilize **Excel to create project dashboards, Gantt charts, pivot tables, and financial reports**.

Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify project performance trends.

Ensure spreadsheets are up-to-date, error-free, and formatted for presentation.

**Administration and Team Support**

Coordinate communication between the office and onsite teams.

Assist with procurement and logistics for project supplies.

**Key Skills and Experience Required**

**Proficiency in Excel**, including functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.

Proven experience in an administrative or project support role within the **construction industry** (or similar).

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar) is advantageous.

**Qualifications**

Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in the commercial construction industry.

**Use and maintain project management system both filing and financial systems**:

- Assist in procurement processes, such as obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and tracking delivery of materials and equipment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and other logístical support as required.

Pay: $74,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
