**Your new role**
This position is responsible for the management of the start to finish for all rental sales, inclusive of administration, service, and machine maintenance schedules, pre-delivery organisation, end of month invoicing and the day to day running of the rentals business Within this role you will be required to effectively liaise with customers to build relationship and ensure that the branch is the first choice for all.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have strong industry experience in rental sales together with proven self-management skills and leadership qualities, as well as the following:
- Sound understanding of earthmoving and construction equipment
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience and success in dealing with people across all levels and building strong relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills Industry
- A background in machinery, service, engineering, or construction industries is preferred
- Have a strong outcome focus on both safety and quality
- Strong Customer service skills
- Computer skills commensurate with the position tasks
- Analytical skills, financial acumen, and business sense
