The role

We're looking for a PR & Communications Manager to share our story and amplify our impact. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role sits at the Group level with responsibility for Coronation and Nation. You'll act as a communications advisor to senior leadership while delivering hands-on PR, communications, and events during a pivotal period of growth.

What you'll do

  • Lead PR strategy and media engagement across Coronation and Nation
  • Develop clear, consistent communications that build reputation and market confidence
  • Manage media relations, press releases, speeches, and executive interviews
  • Plan and deliver high-profile events — from launches to stakeholder briefings
  • Partner with internal teams on ESG, CSR, and social impact storytelling
  • Drive award submissions, corporate publications, and LinkedIn content

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years in PR, communications, or corporate affairs (property/urban development experience a plus)
  • Strong track record in media relations, communications management, and event delivery
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills, with sound judgement and commercial awareness
  • Confidence working with agencies, executives, and government stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualification in communications, PR, or related field
